Julie comes from a Financial background, having been a Series 7 and Series 63 Securities licensed, Executive Director at Oppenheimer & Co. (1995-2006)  She has her BSBA from Northern Arizona University, in Marketing and Promotions.  She started her career in Real Estate in 2006...and never looked back!  Her main strengths in Real Estate lie in her negotiation skills, online-social media marketing strategies, customer targeting, house preparation and pricing!  She is supported by an amazing team of professionals; Social Media Expert, Photographer and Videographer, Transaction Coordinator, Stager, Handyman and strong Escrow and Title.  As a High End Residential Real Estate Consultant, Julie provides excellent services as Listing Agent and as a Buyers' Agent.
